DUE TO COVID-19 THERE MAY BE SHIPPING DELAYS
All orders placed has a flat $10.00 shipping rate and is Standard Shipping Only. Orders cannot be expedited or express shipping. It will take 2 - 5 business days to process your order before it ships. Please allow an additional 3 - 7 business days to receive your order. We ship Monday through Friday only excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your tracking info states Saturday Delivery. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 72 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 2 - 3 business days, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder.
Lost or Stolen Packages Policy
KALI KOUTURE ATL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, KALI KOUTURE ATL will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
